Homemade Earl Grey & Orange

Ingredients:

• Martin Millers GIn
• Earl Grey & Orange Shrub
• Tonic
• Dried Thyme garnish
• Twisted Orange peel garnish

Preparation:

• Add the Earl Grey & Orange Shrub and Gin to an Old Fashioned glass
• Top with tonic
• Add the twisted orange peel and thyme garnish
• (To make the orange & earl grey shrub)
• Add 4 heaped teaspoons of loose earl grey tea, 2 half rinds of orange and 2 teaspoons of sugar to 2 cups of water
• Steep for 15-20 minutes
• Strain into an air tight bottle and keep in fridge till used
