Recently acquired Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey and it is damn tasty. I wanted to put it in a pre-prohibition era cocktail for these autumnal times. Slainte!

Ingredients:

• Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey
• Cynar
• Dolin Dry
• Boker's Bitters
• Garnish: Orange peel

Preparation:

Combine ingredients over ice and stirrrrrrrrr. Strain into chilled coupe, express Orange peel and garnish.
