This is a drink by me, it started life out as a Smash. Ginger and sage combine beautifully to make a warming riff on a refreshing Collins. Ginger liqueur has a base of Irish Whisky with nectarine, ginger and honey

Ingredients:
- Plymouth Sloe Gin
- homemade ginger liqueur
- lemon wedges
- sugar syrup
- sage leaves
- Topped with soda
Preparation:
Muddle lemon, sage and sugar syrup in the bottom of a shaker. Add sloe gin and ginger liqueur.
And shake
Fine strain over ice in a highball or Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a couple of spanked sage leaves.
