I've had an unopened bottle of Bramley & Gage Greengage Liqueur in the cupboard for a while now & decided it was time to give it a whirl.

The result was sweet & tart & complex, & the ginger bitters (added afterwards) surprisingly tied it all together really well.

Ingredients:

  • Bramley & Gage Greengage Liqueur
  • Gin (Bombay Sapphire used here for convenience)
  • Olorosso Sherry
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Demerara Syrup
  • Egg White
  • Bitter Bastards Ginger Bitters

Preparation:

Dry shake all ingredients (perhaps not as hard as I did here to avoid an inch thick foam)

Add ice.

Shake. Strain. Sipp & Chatter.
