Inspired by a cocktail I saw on Punch called El Duque. I liked the look of the drink, but I'm a bit down on the coffee cocktail thing at the moment since it can overpower spirits in a drink. Anyway, this manhattan variation mixes my favorite Rum (Diplomatico Reserva Exclusive), Manzanilla

Sherry, and China-China Amer to create a more than suitable post-meal digestif cocktail for my particular taste.
