A friend mentioned that Stiggin's' and apple brandy "play well together." I wanted to try them in a Manhattan variant, et voila.

Ingredients:
- Plantation Stiggin's' Fancy pineapple-infused rum
- Laird's 7.5-year apple brandy
- Punt e Mes
- clove bitters
Preparation:
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
