One of my signature Rum Cocktails is called "Barrica Cocktail" named after the traditional wood barrels from my hometown Aveiro/Portugal witch are used to carry our traditional sweet called "Ovos Moles", the drink is fresh with honey flavour, ideal to be sipped by the beach in a summer day.

40ml Rum Plantation 3 stars

25ml Portuguese Honey Liqueur Cristinalda

4 physalis

25ml fresh lemon

25ml homemade orgeat

Served in traditional Portuguese wood vessel with crushed ice and garnished with citrus zest and mint sprig, wrapped in a smoked paper bag.
