Classic scene, classic movie. Here's the clip which takes place at about the 1:10:00 mark. Ben Stiller (aka David Starsky) (aka Morty Finkel from Finkel's Fixtures. Biggest lighting fixture chain in the southland) orders some "Johnnie Red neat" from a rather confused looking waitress at a charity function.
