Bettie Spiced Cupcakes
1/3 cup butter
1 egg room temp
1 cup of buttermilk room temp
1 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 Tbsp of vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Bettie Page Spiced rum
1/2 cup water
Melt butter in small sauce pan the pour into mixer let cool when cool add egg and buttermilk mix til blended
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl set aside
Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl alternating pour dry mix and wet mix into mixer starting and ending with dry ingredients til blended
Line 24 cupcakes and pour batter cook 350 for 18 min
Frost with buttercream frosting ššš¼
