This recipe first popped up on my Instagram, then on my Wordpress, and now I’m adding it here.

This was served in a pint glass, this was the final batch I made when concocting the drink, that I handed out to staff to test.

Recipe:

• 2oz Stolichnaya Vodka
• 1oz House Made Honey Coconut Milk
• 1oz Blue Curaçao
• 1/2oz Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur

Fill shaker with ice, add all ingredients, shake, strain into chilled pint glass with lots of ice.

House Made Honey Coconut Milk Recipe:

1 can Pacific Jade Leche de Coco

Honey syrup to taste

*The honey syrup we used was 50/50 honey and boiling water mixed in a squirt bottle.
