Today is the last day of my Super Bowl cocktail and food pairings.  I have saved the best for last a cocktail and dessert pairing.  This pairing is so nice and easy to prepare for guest.  Everyone loves dessert and with a paired cocktail you can’t go wrong.  The elements today include blueberries and lemon which pair so well together.  First up for the cocktail we have a Blueberry and Rosemary Lemonade.  This pairs so well with the lemon cheesecake topped with blueberries.  The creaminess of the cheesecake and the tart from the cocktail makes this the perfect dessert pairing.   Let’s celebrate with dessert! Blueberry and Rosemary Lemonade with Lemon Cheesecake

Recipe: Blueberry and Rosemary Lemonade

Ingredients

1.5 ounces of belvedere vodka

4 ounces of lemonade

1 ounce of blueberries

5 rosemary leaves

1 cup of ice

Garnish: lemon slice

Instructions

In a shaker muddle blueberries, vodka, and rosemary leaves

Add ice and lemonade to shaker

Shake mixture then pour into serving glass

Garnish with lemon slice

Serves: 1

Instructions

Top cheesecake with lemon slice and blueberries
