A light and refreshing cocktail made with lychee, lime and mint.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 8 Mint Leaves
• 1 ounce Honey
• 3 ounces Syrup from the can
• 4 Lychees, from a can plus additional for garnish
• 3 ounces Vodka
• 1 Lime, juiced
• Sparkling Water

Instructions

1. Muddle mint leaves and lychees with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add syrup from the can, vodka and a squeeze of lime then shake with ice.
3. Strain the liquid into 2 ice-filled glasses.
4. Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a few additional lychees.
