Ever since I tried mixing a cocktail with gin and strawberry, I’ve wanted to try gin with raspberries. Turns out gin tastes great with raspberries. Gin is a strong flavor so I tempered it with the fruit spread and champagne. Just a hint of the gin comes through. It’s almost floral which is great with the raspberry and champagne. Perfect celebratory cocktail for the holidays!
Bottoms Up | Raspberry Sparkler
Serving Size: 4
2 tablespoons Just Jan’s Raspberry Fruit Spread
3 fresh raspberries plus additional for serving
1 1/2 ounces FEW American Gin
Champagne
Muddle raspberry fruit spread, raspberries and gin in a glass.
Pour about one tablespoon of the gin mixture into four champagne glasses and top with champagne.
Add a few fresh raspberries into each glass and serve.
