INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Brandy
3/4 oz. Cherry Brandy
1/4 oz. Cointreau
1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
GARNISH
Sugar - Coriander Rim
PREPARATION:
First things first! Do not drink your goods before you mix them! Let's rim your glass!
Wet your glass rim with a lemon wedge and dip it in the Coriander Sugar.
Fill your shaker with a scoop of ice and add all the ingredients following the recipe. Now shake it for five fast seconds and strain and pour it into your garnished glass.
The color is a sultry burgundy red and the nose is persuaded by the mixture of the sweet cherry and the magical spices. The taste is sweet but tart yet really balanced. This drink is a must have for your next celebration!
