Carbonated Cocktail: 3 o'clock Fizz

Being able to carbonate your own cocktails means that you get to create your own lightly alcoholic sodas! Using the excellent Perlini from Perlage Systems, I created this cocktail/soda for an easy afternoon. Read below to find out how to make the 3 o'clock Fizz.
3 o'clock Fizz
1oz Campari
2oz orange juice
7 mint leaves
6oz water
Add all to the Perlini shaker and then add ice. Carbonate with Perlini. Shake. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
