I have to say I am being a bit dishonest in that title, but it got you to read this far! I wanted to get your attention to get a chance to tell you about the 4th Annual Chicago Independent Spirits Expo. We are planning to be there.





 We are hoping to meet, great and interview some of the Distillers there, in particular Rum Distillers there.

The Chicago Independent Spirits Expo is proud to announce that our charitable partner for this year's event is UN86'd, a charity created to aid in monetary relief for restaurant professionals in need. We are excited to be there and we plan to have photo opportunities as well as video, so please stay tuned as we try to get this all together for you over the next few days...


In going over the confirmed Distillers that will be present we see, Distillers we are familiar with and some new names (new to us) will be there. We are hoping to chat perhaps get a few opinions, lots of tastes and just a good time.
