Chocolate Covered Strawberry

3 fresh strawberries, capped and quartered
1/4 ounce vanilla syrup
1 dash of Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters
1 barspoon
Kahlua
1 barspoon Creme de Cacao
heavy cream

In cocktail shaker, add the strawberries, vanilla syrup and bitters and fill with ice. Shake hard to break up the strawberries. Add a splash of cold water and stir. Strain the liquid into a port glass, then, sink just enough Kahlua to the bottom of the glass to give a dark base. Float Creme de Cacao on top of the cocktail, and then, using the back end of a spoon, float a small amount, of heavy cream on top. Using a cocktail straw, gently stir to spread an even amount of cream over the top of the cocktail.
