Bacardi Ice Cream Recipe:

Blend - ice, cream, agave nectar, then add Bacardi little by little until you can taste its essence. Then, freeze mixture. Once frozen it will not scoop like ice cream, rather it acts more like snow. So, mound it up on top of drink and enjoy. Note: do not stir. Drink through straw to enjoy the awesome original flavor of a Bacardi and Coke and then the ice cream will slowly mix on its own, changing the taste profile each sip.

This technique also makes magnificent Bacardi Mojito Floats. Original recipe for Mojito sherbet or sorbet.

Mojito Sherbet:

Blend - ice, mint leaves, mint jelly, a splash of Bacardi and fresh lime juice and a bit of lime zest..

Then put in freezer to firm up,

Scoop of Mojito Sherbet/Sorbet on top of a Bacardi Mojito and you have a Mojito Float!!

MMMMM MINT

** Made my first Bacardi Coke Float back in Summer of 1976.

Leader of biker gang that ruled my bar for awhile, loved his Bacardi & Coke.

So, I was inspired and a great Beverage resulted, the Bacardi Coke Float.
