.75 oz (22.5 ml) Ron Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23 Rum

.5 oz (15 ml) Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao

.25 oz (7.5 ml) Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur

1 dash Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters

1 lemon twist, as garnish

Stir over ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
