Smoked Irish Peach

“Sweet smoky whiskey with a touch of spice.”

2.5 oz (75 ml) Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey

1 oz (30 ml) Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur

5 dashes Fee Brother’s Black Walnut Bitters

3 oz (90 ml) The American Juice Company’s Harriet Peacher Stowe

2 oz (60 ml) Perrier

Shake over ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
