Fall is here and we wanted to create a drink that would include flavors which evoke fall. Flavors like maple and cinnamon. We took a classic whiskey sour and tweaked a few ingredients. It’s a little bit of work but well worth it.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon juice - Fresh is always best
- 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 4 drops Maple Urban Moonshine Organic Bitters
- 1 ea Egg
- 1 ea Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- Separate the egg white into to a shaker along with a single ice cube. Shake like crazy to start making a nice egg white foam. Add everything else except cinnamon stick along with some ice cubes. Shake, shake, shake then strain into a coupe. Garnish with some grated cinnamon stick and then enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure go use good bourbon but the slight sweetness of Makers Mark 46 worked best for this recipe in our opinion.
