Cucumber Vodka Martini {with cucumber infused vodka}

Cucumber infused vodka can be used in a variety of cocktails. One of my favorites is this cucumber vodka martini made with Dolin Dry Vermouth and a touch of Green Chartreuse.
Cucumber vodka martini
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces cucumber infused vodka
- ½ ounce Dolin Vermouth Dry
- 1 barspoon (about ⅛ of an ounce) Green Chartreuse
- Optional: Orange bitters to taste
- Garnish with a long, thin slice of cucumber
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir to combine and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the slice of cucumber.
