INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz. (45 ml) Luxardo Sangue Morlacco
1 oz. (30ml) Añejo Tequila
½ oz. (15ml) Chocolate Liqueur
1 very small pinch of Togarashi Spice Powder (you can find it in the spices aisle)
GARNISH
Luxardo Marasca Cherry - infused in port wine.
PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients into a mixing glass and add a scoop of ice and stir. Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
The color is dark burgundy and the nose is intrigued by the spicy note of the pepper and red fruits. The taste is balanced, refined and very elegant.
