Cocktail of the Week #1:
Drambuie Honey Sour- 5 oz Drambuie
- ¾ oz Scotch (not too peaty)
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 egg white
- 3 slices ginger
- Muddle ginger with Drambuie. Add remaining ingredients. Dry Shake. Wet Shake. Fine Strain. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
- 5 oz Drambuie
