About the Drink...
“The East Ender uses honeysuckle picked off the banks of the Susquehanna river and a local, Amish made apricot jam to accent the malty, sweet and fruity nature of Bols Genever. The concept in building cocktails in this manor requires a little foresight to remember to harvest ingredients when they are in season and then to preserve them properly. Bols Genever is a historical spirit that has also been preserved properly, in the house of Lucas Bols, and is reflected in a cocktail that is available now in any season, in a Lancastrian east ender style.” – Benjamin Hash
