North Shore Distillery Classic Tom Collins
Ingredients
- Two Ounce Scofflaw Old Tom Gin
- 3/4 Ounce Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
Procedure
Shake first three with ice and strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon twist.
