The Sidecar
Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 and 1/2 ounce Cognac
Procedure
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has had its outside rim rubbed with lemon juice and dipped in sugar.
Boots with the Furr
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Birchbark syrup
- 1 ounce Laird's Apple Brandy
- 1 ounce Boulard Calvados
- .75 ounce Fresh lemon juice,
- 2 dashes of Fee’s Black Walnut bitters.
Procedure
Shake and strain all of the above ingredients. Serve up in a coupe. Freshly grated nutmeg as garnish
