Jasper Punch
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
- 1.5 ounce of Jasper Secret Mix
Procedure
Pour both ingredients with ice and stir. Whatever works here.
Additional Details: Juice 12 limes, add in 1.25 ounce of angostura bitters. Dissolve 1.5 cups of Turbinado sugar. Grate a half of a nutmeg into the mixture.
Jasper's Swizzle
Ingredients
- Two ounce Appleton v/x Rum
- Two ounce Jasper Mix
Procedure
Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with crushed ice, then swizzle.
Jasper's Swizzle #2
Ingredients
- 1 ounce of Laphroaig
- 1.5 ounce of Jasper Secret Mix
- .75 ounce Marrie Brizzard Creme de Cacoa
- 1.00 Giffard Appricot liquor
- .5 ounce cinnamon syrup
Procedure
Pour directly into Collins glass with crushed ice and swizzle. Garnish with mint sprig.
