Jasper Punch

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounce Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
  • 1.5 ounce of Jasper Secret Mix

Procedure

Pour both ingredients with ice and stir. Whatever works here.

Additional Details: Juice 12 limes, add in 1.25 ounce of angostura bitters. Dissolve 1.5 cups of Turbinado sugar. Grate a half of a nutmeg into the mixture.

Jasper's Swizzle

Ingredients

  • Two ounce Appleton v/x Rum
  • Two ounce Jasper Mix

Procedure

Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with crushed ice, then swizzle.

Jasper's Swizzle #2

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce of Laphroaig
  • 1.5 ounce of Jasper Secret Mix
  • .75 ounce Marrie Brizzard Creme de Cacoa
  • 1.00 Giffard Appricot liquor
  • .5 ounce cinnamon syrup

Procedure

Pour directly into Collins glass with crushed ice and swizzle. Garnish with mint sprig.
