Fall into this Pumpkin Fat Washed Bourbon Cocktail!

Summer is on its way out, and Fall is here! Pumpkin spice is about to take over everything, including your cocktails! However, this Fat washed bourbon cocktail will blend berries, lemons, and pumpkin spice perfectly so you won't get pumpkin’d out!
To start: make the Pumpkin Fat Washed Bourbon
Place one 16 oz can of pumpkin purée in a blender with a 750ml bottle of Treecraft Bourbon.
Blend to mix and then pour into a tall container which will be placed in the freezer.
Leave the mixture in the freezer until the Bourbon and pumpkin separate. It typically takes at least 24 hours for the separation to occur.
Spiced Simple Syrup:
Place 1 cinnamon stick, 10 cloves, 10 allspice berries, 3-star anise and 1 Cup of water in a pan and boil.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, turn the heat off and add the sugar.
Cool and strain.
How to Assemble the Cocktail
2 oz Pumpkin Fat Washed Treecraft Bourbon
1 oz Apple Cider
½ oz Spiced Simple Syrup
¼ oz Pressed Ginger Juice
Fill a shaker with ice, add your Pumpkin Fat Washed Treecraft Bourbon, Apple Cider, Spiced Caramel Syrup and Pressed Ginger. Shake vigorously and serve in a well-chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick, a slice of Lemon.
