PREPARATION:

Do not be scared by the number of ingredients. Come on, did you ever got scared of making lasagna? Lasagna has more ingredients and steps than this and takes hours, but with this cocktail recipe in a couple of minutes you will be sipping and in love with this drink!

In a mixing glass add the basil, cucumber, vanilla syrup and lemon juice and muddle it. Next strain it into a clean shaker and add the egg white, Green Chartreuse, gin and vermouth and dry shake  hard (no ice) for 5 -8 seconds. You want to get that egg white to start whipping. Open the shaker and add a scoop of ice and now shake for 5 more seconds so our mix will be nice and chilled.

Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass or coupette and garnish with a little touch of rosewater and a rose petal.

The color is a light and bright fresh green and the aromas are led by the rose petals and the floral characteristics of the rosewater, the taste is an explosion of citrus and herbaceous flavors from the unique and pungent characteristic of the Chartreuse. This deliciously decadent and refreshing cocktail will make you look like a rock star in front of your guests!
