Celebrate the beauty in all of us!
June is Pride month where we come together to celebrate LGBTQ and the unique beauty in all of us. It was on this basis that we designed the Forever Pride cocktail to honor all our friends, family and followers. We trust you enjoy this cocktail made by head mixologist Stuart Cutler.
Ingredients:
- Vodka 1.25oz.
- Blue Curacao 0.5oz.
- Peach Schnapps 0.5oz.
- Peach juice 1.5oz.
- Snowy River red cocktail syrup 0.3oz
- Snowy River Pride Cocktail Salt.
Cocktail Recipe:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River pride cocktail salt using egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add red cocktail syrup to your glass to form the base layer.
- Add Peach Juice and Schnapps to shaker, shake and then layer over the red syrup.
- Add Vodka and Blue Curacao to shaker with ice and do the same again ensuring the blue layer remains above the peach layer.
- Looks great in a martini or collins glass.
