ABOUT THE FORT YORK

The Fort York is a modern classic which was created by Reece Sims at The Diamond in Vancouver, Canada in 2018. Inspired by a marriage between The Toronto and The Southside, the Fort York gets its name from region located in the south side of downtown Toronto. This cocktail is refreshing yet rich and complex - the perfect cocktail to sip in late summer/autumn.

INGREDIENTS IN THE FORT YORK COCKTAIL

  • 45 ml Rye Whisk(e)y
  • 15 ml Fernet Branca
  • 30 ml Lime Juice
  • 20 ml BG Reynolds Orgeat
  • Fresh Mint Leaves

HOW TO MAKE THE FORT YORK COCKTAIL

Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds or until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a mint sprig.
