ONE EYED WILLIE from Borracha
2 oz Botran Reserva Rum
1 oz Cruzan Aged 151 Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Funkin Passion Fruit Puree
¾ oz Monin Hibiscus Syrup
½ oz Giffard Orgeat Liqueur
BUILD: Add all ingredients in mixing tin over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into skull mug over crushed ice.
GARNISH: Lime shell filled with flamed 151 rum
HEAT OF THE MOMENT from Borracha
2 slices Fresno Chile
2 oz Espolon Reposado Tequila
1 oz Funkin Passion Fruit Puree
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Agave Syrup
BUILD: Add all ingredients into mixing tin over ice, shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. GARNISH: Half cinnamon sugar rim, Fresno chile horns, lime spiral
HONEY BADGER from The Still at The Mirage
2 oz Banana Infused Jameson Irish Whiskey
9 oz Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream
½ oz Clover Honey Syrup
BUILD: Add all ingredients into mixing tin over ice and shake, pour into mason jar.
GARNISH: Whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
CHARLIE HUSTLE from The Still at The Mirage
1 oz Cinnamon Spiced Infused JP Wiser's Deluxe Rye Whiskey
1 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Clover Honey Syrup
4 ½ oz Woodchuck Granny Smith Apple Cider.
BUILD: Add all ingredients into mixing tin except the cider. Add ice and shake vigorously, then add the cider. Strain over fresh ice.
