It’s not New Year’s Eve just yet, but this weekend is the last weekend of 2013! 2013 has been an excellent year full of many wonderful weekends, so as I ready myself for the New Year ahead, I will make one last toast to the weekends of 2013.

  • 1.5 parts Absolut Berri Açai
  • .5 part Hiram Walker Raspberry Schnapps
  • 1 Squeeze Lemon Juice
  • Top with Perrier-Jouet Champagne

Shake and strain ingredients except chilled sparkling wine. Top with sparkling wine.
