For your Friday daydreaming pleasure, here's the Apricot Tropicale.  This luscious beauty features St. George Spirits Botanivore Gin and Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur.

4 dried apricots
1 wide peel of lemon
1.5 oz St. George Botanivore Gin
1 oz Orange Juice
0.5 oz Rothman and Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur

Flambe three of the dried apricots and the lemon peel in the bottom of a mixing glass with a touch of overproof rum.  Muddle, then add the other ingredients and shake well with ice.  Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a dried apricot.
