Sometimes I get REALLY excited about booze. Especially when it's from St. George Spirits.

I have a feeling that right about now, I'm not the only one who is missing Tales of the Cocktail. This recipe is one of the cocktails I served at the Historic and Modern Milk Punches tasting room at Tales this year, thanks to the amazing generosity of St. George Spirits, who made this wonderful event possible. Mix this one up and enjoy for your weekend kickoff!

Terroir Fizz Milk Punch

1.5 oz St. George Spirits Terroir Gin
0.5 oz 1-1 simple syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz heavy cream
1 fresh egg white
1 oz Fever Tree Tonic Water

Combine all ingredients but Fever Tree Tonic water and dry shake, then shake well with ice until very cold. Double strain into a highball glass. Slowly top with Fever Tree Tonic water. Serve with straws. Serves 1.
