I’ve been MIA for the past few #FuzzyFriday episodes because I’ve been traveling and working with my girl, but I’m getting back on track. I’ll be traveling again with her in a few weeks, but no need to fret! I’m actually going to be serving up some goodness from my travels, sharing my travel edition of #FuzzyFriday with cocktails from 2 of the island’s most popular restaurants. Stay tuned for that! Anything bubbly and sparkly sounds good to me. Can’t champs and sparkling wine be included in that category? I think so! So let’s bring out the kid in us and combine a childhood favorite with some bubbly goodness this July 4th celebration!

This is seriously one of the EASIEST things ever. 2 ingredients. BOOM! – Like a firecracker!

Firecracker Popsicles

• Bomb Pops popsicles
• Your favorite sparkling wine, chilled

Pour your drink into your glass and “garnish” with your popsicle. Your popsicle will be it’s sweet boozy yumminess, you’ll be refreshed and feeling great for your celebration.

Popsicles for the kids, boozy pops for the adults! These taste amaaaaaazing… like spiked kool-aid! I will say that the popsicles do melt quickly, hence the straws, and because they melt, they get darker, but so what! It makes a fun presentation and they’re really yummy to drink.
