And today’s cocktail is the perfect drink to serve up celebrating moms. This one is for the moms. Mom if you’re making this, it’s super easy. It won’t take any time at all. And if you’re making it FOR mom, then even better because it’s a simple thing to throw together, but you’ll look like Miss Fancy Pants!

Lemon Berry Fizz

• 3 parts chilled Prosecco
• 1 part Limoncello liquor, chilled
• frozen raspberries
• fresh mint for garnish

Place frozen raspberries in glass. Pour in Prosecco and Limoncello. Garnish with mint. Or for a crowd: In a large pitcher, whisk together prosecco and limoncello. Serve over raspberries, garnished with mint, if desired.

It’s light and refreshing and takes no time at all. Because if you’re wanting to spend time with mom, the last thing you need is to spend time in the kitchen or bar.

So cheers to moms everywhere. Cheers to our mommas who are no longer with us. It’s because of them we’re here. Coming up this weekend, advice from moms, to moms, by moms.
