One of the fun parts of traveling is trying fun signature cocktails from amazing restaurants on my journeys. I’ve shared some in the past before. You can see a few HERE and HERE.

Today I’m sharing the Lucatini, from one of my favorite restaurants in Grand Cayman; Luca.

The Lucatini

• 2 parts vodka
• 1 part Aperol
• 1 part Passion Fruit Liquor
• Prosecco

Shake the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain it into a martini glass and top it with prosecco.

I was so excited to drink this on my way out that they gave me to-go cups! Is that not so crazy fun?

Not only is the food seriously some of the best food ever, but the staff is equally is fun and attentive.

The lovely Renata, the mixologist and manager at the bar was so fun!

Not in the US. And of course, I wasn’t driving.
