Throughout the years mixologists (used to be called 'bartenders') have taken their inspiration for cocktail creation from everything from their favorite food to great works of art. So it's no surprise that modern-day mixologists are also looking to their favorite TV shows and films for inspiration.

How does one infuse a fascination for an imaginary world to the act of mixing cocktails? We, the common folk, can only imagine and focus on admiring the drinkable work of those born with elevated taste buds, an incredible nose and a developed sense of combining tastes and smells.

I turned to one of those rare individuals, rockstar mixologist Adam Walsh from the famed Dublin hotspot of a pub Peruke & Periwig. Knowing that Adam is an avid fan of Game of Thrones, I asked him if he could make this magic happen, of turning a fascination with a TV show into mouth watering cocktails.

So here are they before you, three incredible cocktails that celebrate the greatest show on earth.
