How you make a gin and tonic depends a lot on where you're at in the world. Some like it pure with just gin and tonic and maybe a splash of citrus. Some put all manner of things in the glass. Some are obsessed over it like Spain. I like herbs so that's why I make a Garden Gin and Tonic. With such a simple base of gin and tonic, there are a million ways you can modify this cocktail.
Garden Gin and Tonic
lemon wedge
lime wedge
herbs
2oz gin (Tanqueray)
4oz tonic (Q Tonic)
Squeeze a lime and lemon wedge into a double rocks glass or a large wine glass. Add your herbs. In this case I used rosemary, lavender, and sage. Lightly muddle them to together. Add ice. Add the gin. Top with tonic. Give it a quick stir to incorporate.
