gin

⁣Posted in friendly cooperation with Soho Juice Co.⁣

We’re excited to share the news, that @sohodrinks are now available also to us Swedes! From now on it’s distributed via Barkonsult and there are three delicious flavors to choose from.⁣

In this post we are experimenting with their cucumber, mint, lemon and lime juice. Yes this bottle is bursting with all those flavors at once! And best of all, its not a carbonated drink to begin with so it can be added already before shaking the cocktail.⁣

What we especially like about all the Soho Juice Co drinks is that the sweetness in them is very well balanced. While not being sugar free, they have just the right sweet tone to work in drinks. In the above original recipe we chose to mix with gin, some fresh lime and tonic water, and we decided a small amount of simple syrup was actually nice to add.⁣
