Created by Zak Klapperich, bar lead at Embers Ski Lodge. A fun and simple variation on the Old Fashioned, the Gingerbread Old Fashioned is made using Angels Envy Bourbon, simple syrup and a few dashes of house-made gingerbread bitters.

The subtle gingerbread flavors complement the high rye and spice content in the bourbon, making for great sipping on the slopes!

Ingredients
2.00 oz. Angels Envy Bourbon
3 dashes gingerbread bitters
0.25 oz. simple syrup
Orange twist to garnish

Directions:
1. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
2. Garnish with orange twist.
