Got Dis.

Following along the winding, (and does that seem somewhat blurry now?) road of cocktails with St. George's Green Chile Vodka--I have for you my 2nd creation with this spirit, "Got Dis." I have mentioned this before--but just to say it once more with feeling: I suck at spicy. It's usually my downfall. And calls for an involuntary break time. My drinking buddies can attest to that. Maybe that's why I'm so intrigued with this vodka. While still giving you a kick and leaving you with that "whoa" kind of sigh of gratification. It's more tamed. It's smooth. Almost cleansing.

So for this cocktail round, I decided to take this level of spiceness and turn it into a motivational cat poster, you could say. Something that from the moment you take a sip, you feel jazzed. That has punches of fruit to animate the snappiness. You feel sharp and zesty. It's a simple mix of green chile vodka, orange, pomegranate, and a hint of maraschino to excite your senses. The day is yours. You "Got Dis."

The dance floor is calling your name.

Maybe?

Yes.

Definitely yes.

Let's concoct:

  • 2 oz. St. George's Green Chile Vodka
  • 1 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Pama (Pomegranate Liqueur)
  • 0.25 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

*Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks sized glass with fresh cubed ice. Garnish with a large orange peel twist.
