Nothing is more refreshing this summer than a spritz. Now, more than ever, spritzes are making a come back. It is no longer a drink that grandmas drink but millennials have come to embrace it through Aperol Spitzes.

I make my spritzes with vermouth. Recently, I’ve been mixing with The House of Lustau, which considered the foremost reference and the benchmark of quality when talking about sherry in the wine world. Bodegas Lustau has carefully selected the wines and botanicals used to craft white and red vermouths.

Grapefruit Spritz

2.0 oz Lustau Vermut Blanco

3.0 oz Soda Water

2 Drops of Dashfire Grapefruit Bitters

Grapefruit wedge

Pour the vermouth in a wine glass over ice and top with Soda Water. Add a Grapefruit wedge
