Directions: Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice. Larger cubes are preferred. This minimizes dilution of this amazing spicy cocktail. Add all ingredients except the garnish. Shake gently until cocktail shaker is cold to hang onto. Rub what's left of the lime around the rim of a tall glass. To really be cool, chill the glass in advance. You want to be cool, don't you? Now plunge the rim of the glass into the rim salt. Pour the delicious mixture into the rimmed glass. Garnish with remaining ingredients, squeezing the second lime over the top and grinding an extra turn of pepper. More than just a hangover cure, this bloody Mary recipe is a brunch unto itself.

*This recipe also works with tequila substituted for vodka. I'd recommend a nice blanco. Cheers! -Greg Tooke My short bio
