There's nothing better with a great cut of meat than enjoying it with the vanilla, oak and caramel flavors of a fine bourbon. Celeb chef Michael Symon agrees. So this summer he's adding a great bourbon caramelized onion to his barbecue menu.

The recipe, part of Knob Creek's Meat Master Class video series, is so simple any weekend flame warrior can handle it, but it'll add a huge flavor boost to your burgers. Symon uses Knob Creek's oak and caramel-filled small batch bourbon to take the usual grilled onion to new heights. You'll never grill onions without it again. Why are you still reading this? Get outside and start the fire.
