What's the worst part about most desserts? They lack alcohol. This dessert is the love child of two of my favorite combinations. The first: ice cream paired with amaro and Green Chartreuse paired with root beer. These two combos seem off at first but when you try them and start to think about the complimenting flavor profiles, you'll wonder what else you've been doing wrong your whole life.

Recipe:
1 Scoop Green Chartreuse Ice Cream
3 oz Root Beer
Topped with .5 oz Art in Age Root Reduction and root beer candy crumble

Green Chartreuse Ice Cream

1.5 cups heavy cream
1.5 cups whole milk
5 large egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp pink salt
1/2 cup Green Chartreuse
