No matter the temperature outside, sometimes we just want a little heat in our glass! This cocktail explores the many sides of spice from the chili salt crusted lime to the chili-ginger syrup.

  • 2 oz Orange/Red Pepper infused Pisco
  • 0.25 oz ginger liqueur
  • 0.75 oz blood orange juice
  • 0.25 oz meyer lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz red chili flake-ginger syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish with blood orange chip, orange chip, and chili salt crusted lime.

Note: You're encouraged to eat the garnishes while enjoying the cocktail!

For Chili Salt Limes:

  • 1 cup salt
  • 1 tsp jalapeno powder
  • 1.5 tsp red chili flakes

Pulse briefly in a spice grinder to blend. Be careful not to over grind to a powder.

For Limes: Dip slices in salt to cover one side. Let air dry for one hour.
