June 8th, 2019; to most, it's just another Saturday that's meant for brunching and whatnot. Also on June 8th, 2019 is National Rosé Day, which is an entire day that's dedicated to rosé and is traditionally celebrated on the second Saturday in June on a yearly basis. While some people might argue that rosé's rosé and that the brand of rosé is completely irrelevant as long as it's consumed, this just isn't true. Some rosé's taste like burnt pink water while there are some nicer brands such as Santa Margherita that produce a lovely rosé. With that being said, here's what you should know about Santa Margherita and their contributions to National Rosé Day.

Retailing for a mere $30 per bottle, Santa Margherita's Sparkling Rosé has an ABV of 11.5% and has a palish pink color to it with notes of berries and a super easy cork to just pop right on out of the bottle... from personal experience, it's super hard to not finish the entire bottle in a single sitting while alone, but if you're not like me and actually know how to save your wine, good for you since Santa Margherita has recipes on their website that will help you use your leftover wine before it goes bad. Additional rosé cocktail recipes can be found online along with additional information in regards to National Rosé Day which by the way, is an entire day earlier than it was last year. Finally; if you are like me and you tend to drink entire bottles all by yourself in single sittings, then you should look into Üllo's Florence Decanter, which is available online and at Bloomingdale's. Retailing for $130, the Florence Decanter is made exclusively for decanting rosés, which is great if you're impatient like myself and just want your rosé stat.

With everything mentioned above, it's never too late to start stocking up on Santa Margherita just in time for National Rosé Day.
